Stop Smoking

It is almost universally agreed upon that smoking causes millions of aches, pains, syndromes, conditions, diseases and hundreds of thousands of deaths every year, unfortunately smoking is very addictive and has many withdrawal symptoms. Some of the most common withdrawal symptoms from smoking include; nervousness, irritability, anxiety, depression, weepiness, moodiness, headaches, neck aches, back aches, abdominal pains, chest pains, cravings for cigarettes, alcohol, coffee, junk foods and/or drugs, tiredness, dizziness, faintness, sinking feeling in the stomach, panicky feelings and pain down the arms and legs. Some of these symptoms come from the withdrawal from nicotine and the other toxins that are in cigarettes and other symptoms come from hypoglycemia, toxicity and other conditions that the cigarettes produced in the body.

One of the most common causes of addiction to cigarettes, certain drugs, alcohol, coffee or junk food is hypoglycemia also known as low blood sugar, cigarettes, certain drugs, alcohol, coffee or junk food can also cause hypoglycemia, which can cause a vicious cycle, the more of these things you use, the more hypoglycemic you get, the more hypoglycemic you get, the more of these things you crave. Each time you smoke a cigarette, take certain drugs, drink alcohol or coffee or eat junk food, your blood sugar level raises very rapidly, which causes the pancreas to over secrete insulin, which then drops your blood sugar level a little lower each time and you become a little more addicted and a little more toxic each time so the withdrawal symptoms get a little worst each time. When the blood sugar level drops low, the sub-conscious mind does not make a value judgments, it just gives you a craving for whatever you had many times over the years that raises your blood sugar level very rapidly, so if you have smoked thousands or tens of thousands of cigarettes, when your blood sugar levels drops low, your subconscious mind will give you a very strong craving for cigarettes. This is one of the most common reasons why people who stop smoking often start over eating food, because over eating food is another way of raising their blood sugar level, thus they may gain 30, 40, 50 pounds, sometimes more. This is one of the most common reasons why people who stop drinking alcohol commonly start smoking cigarettes, drinking coffee and/or eating junk food or do more of these things then they did before, they are just substituting one thing which raised the blood sugar level for something else. Some things are worse than others, however, it would be much better to balance your blood sugar level and not have to raise it with anything which was toxic to your body. It is so much easier on you to be in balance so you do not crave what it is you used to be addicted to, then it is to constantly crave it, and constantly be trying to keep yourself away from it. If your blood sugar level drops too low your sub-conscious mind could give you cravings so strong that you cannot stop yourself from having whatever it is that you used to be addicted to which raises your blood sugar level, which is a survival mechanism that keeps you from passing out from low blood sugar when you are driving a car or doing some other potentially dangerous activities. People can get very frustrated because as hard as they try to stay off whatever they are addicted to, if they have gone too long between meals which caused their blood sugar level to drop too low and/or they are under a large amount of stress which caused their blood sugar level to drop faster than normal and/or they have had one or more of the other toxins which brought the blood sugar level up then dropped it low, then they may not be able to resist their present or previous addictions.

The things noted next have helped many people to stop smoking.

To help yourself to stop smoking, it would be of tremendous importance to the recovery process to find the cause or causes of the smoking and discontinue it or them and find the things noted above that have helped many people to stop smoking, then eat, drink, have and/or do as many of these as you can.

An example of this is a patient that I saw who stopped drinking alcohol and started smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee instead. He was very toxic and very hypoglycemic, his liver and pancreas were badly malfunctioning, he wanted to stop smoking and drinking coffee, but he just didn’t have the willpower to do it. So he did the things necessary to rejuvenate his pancreas and liver from the damage that was done and did the things necessary to detoxify his body, which enabled him to give up smoking and drinking coffee, he didn’t crave alcohol, cigarettes or coffee.

Another example: I have seen many patients who the first time they came, said they were referred by someone who told them that we helped them eliminate their cravings, these people would tell me that they didn’t believe this was possible, but they were willing to try it. They would sometimes say “I know it happened for the person who referred me, but there’s no way in the world that it is going to happen for me.” They would avoid the cause or causes of their cravings and do what it takes to rejuvenate and detoxify themselves and they would say “I can’t believe it, I don’t have cravings anymore”.

To get more dynamic results: participate in only and limit your contact to only positive things, especially to things that help to diminish or abolish prostatitis.

For example: if you had a zinc deficiency which weakened your prostate and you were exposed to pesticides on the foods you were eating which inflamed your weakened prostate causing prostatitis, you would want to eat more foods that contained zinc and take herbs and other supplements that contained zinc and eat foods that are not sprayed with pesticides, in this example this would eliminate the underlying causes of the problem, then eat, drink, take and do many of the things put forth above that have helped many people to diminish or abolish prostatitis.

Health

Obesity

The best weight loss program you can be on is to do all the healthful things you can do and avoid all the unhealthful things you can avoid, this will give you your best chance possible of going to your optimum weight and staying there. Eat a healthy amount of healthful food, avoid unhealthful food. Drink only healthy fluids such as antioxidant water and fresh squeezed juices, exercise, eat small healthy meals and small healthy snacks frequently, keep a positive mental attitude, get enough sleep, avoid pollution and poisons, and find out what other things are negatively affecting your weight loss and correct them. People who do this in an optimum way, can eat good amounts of delicious food and still lose weight, that way they can stay on the diet and stay healthy and slim.

Most diets are so extreme that when the person is through with the diet, they overeat and gain more weight than they lost, or maybe something in the diet, or some chemical they are taking, is causing an artificial boost of metabolism. In this case, when the diet is over, the metabolism has been overworked and then goes into a resting state, actually lower than it was before, thus, the person regains the lost weight and more, very quickly because they are not metabolizing calories as fast as they were before they went on the diet.

Eating junk food, as with almost anything you do which is unhealthy, can cause a large number of chain reactions and vicious circles. Junk food irritates the pancreas, which can cause it to over secrete insulin, which can cause hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. When you have hypoglycemia, when you eat your body stores more of the food you eat as fat. Low blood sugar can lower your body metabolism. Low blood sugar can make you very hungry and can make you crave more junk food, which could cause a vicious circle; the more junk food you eat, the more hungry you are and the more you crave junk food, therefore you eat more junk food. Low blood sugar can cause over 100 other symptoms, some of which include moodiness, depression, irritability, tiredness, headaches, neck pain, back pain, dizziness, fainting, nausea, etc. Low blood sugar can make the symptoms you already have worse. The symptoms low blood sugar causes and increased severity of symptoms you already have that is caused by low blood sugar can make it much harder for you to stay on a diet. Eating junk food could lead to improper digestion, causing the food to spoil in the intestines, causing a backup of toxic fluid in the body, which causes weight gain from the weight of this excess fluid, which also poisons every organ, tissue and cell in the body, lowering its metabolism and if that particular organ has to do with the cleaning the toxins out of the body, it could make it malfunction, which could cause more of a toxic fluid backup in the body, causing more weight gain and further poisoning every other organ, tissue and cell in the body, causing a vicious circle.

Pinched nerves can also slow down the function of the organs. According to Dr. Su, a Ph.D. who did studies on nerve conductivity at the University of Colorado, the pressure of a feather on a nerve can cause a 50% decrease in action potential of the nerve. The pressure of a dime can cause a 70% decrease of action potential of the nerve. If these nerves are going to the organs, pressure from these pinched nerves can cause a lowering of metabolism, also if pinched nerves are going to the organs that clean toxins out of the body, this can cause them to malfunction, resulting in more toxic fluid in the body. This can cause fluid weight gain and the increase of toxins in every organ, tissue and cell in the body, which can cause them to malfunction and decrease their metabolism and/or ability to clean toxins out of the body and can cause more pinched nerves, making a vicious circle. The more toxins and pinched nerves the body accumulates, the more impaired are its functions, and the more impaired are its functions, the more pinched nerves and toxins the body accumulates, etc.
Excessive mental and/or emotional stress can cause the organs to malfunction and cause excess fluid, toxicity and a lower metabolism, causing more excessive mental and/or emotional stress, which can cause a vicious circle.

Vitamin, mineral, nutrient and/or amino acid deficiencies can cause the organs to malfunction, which can lower the metabolism and cause a backup of toxic fluid in the system, with the associated weight gain and further problems.
There are literally thousands of things that can cause chain reactions and vicious circles that can slow down or stop weight loss or cause weight gain after weight loss, some of the other ones include: hormone imbalances, food allergies, trauma, clogged arteries, lack of rest and/or sleep, chemicals, dehydration, virus, bacteria, funguses, parasites, incorrect posture, food poisoning, negative thoughts, eating overcooked foods, eating rancid oils, eating processed foods and eating too much fatty foods.

The things identified next have helped many people to alleviate obesity.

How much you eat and exercise are very important, however, there are a large number things that deal with weight loss, more than just eating and exercising. You want to find the underlying causes that can slow down or stop weight loss or cause weight gain after weight loss and stay away from them and do what it takes to fix your body from the damage that was done by them to attain better, more long lasting weight loss.

For example: I saw a woman who ate very low calorie meals and yet she still gained weight. However the meals that she ate contained junk food, which damaged the organs and glands that regulate metabolism and the organs that help eliminate toxins from the body, causing them to malfunction, causing such a decrease of metabolism and so much fluid retention that even though she ate the low calorie meals she kept gaining weight. In this particular case, as in many other cases that I have seen that were similar to this case, she was actually able to eat a larger quantity of food if it didn’t contain junk food, which along with the proper massages, manipulation, physiotherapy’s, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, amino acids, American herbs, Chinese herbs, homeopathic remedies and specific foods, caused her to lose weight. When she stopped damaging her organs and glands that regulate metabolism and the organs that help eliminate toxins from the body and utilized the things necessary to rejuvenate these organs and glands, which increased her metabolism and decreased the toxic fluid in her body, she was able to eat about 2,500 calories a day and lose weight whereas before she would eat 500 to 1,000 calories a day and gain weight. Many, many times people have told me that they were so frustrated because they thought that they had tried everything to lose weight or they felt that they were eating low calories and exercising a great amount and they were not losing weight, almost every time there was something that as causing them not to be able to lose weight and when they did what it took to solve the problem, they started losing weight. Even though there are thousands of things that can stop people from losing weight, if the person finds and properly addresses the thing or things stopping the weight loss, they almost always begin to lose weight.

Another example of this would be if you were overweight because your thyroid was malfunctioning, because it was being poisoned by a backup of excess toxic food in your system, which was produced by food that was spoiling in your intestines, because your intestines were malfunctioning because you were eating too much black pepper in your food. In this particular example you would want to eliminate the black pepper from your food and do all of the necessary things to rejuvenate your intestines from the damage that was done by the black pepper, this would enable them to function properly, therefore food would not spoil in your intestines, therefore this would not cause a backup of fluid in your body, therefore your thyroid would stop being poisoned, this would eliminate the underlying cause of the problem, then you would want to do all of the things necessary to rejuvenate your thyroid from the damage that was done and to detoxify your body from the accumulation of the poisons from this source, this could enable the thyroid to start functioning properly again, which in this case could help to eliminate the obesity.

To treat the unwelcome health outcomes caused by pinched nerves as with any other unwelcome health outcomes, it would be of the highest importance to the curative process to get an understanding of the nature of the cause or causes of your pinched nerves and alter it or them and find the things which are gainful for your condition, then consume, have and/or do as many of these as you can.

An example of this would be if a person was lifting improperly and they pulled a bone out of place in their low back, which pinched on a nerve, which caused low back pain and leg pain. They could receive chiropractic manipulation to get the bone off of the nerve and have the things necessary to rejuvenate the body from the damage that was done. Then the person could get to the most underlying cause of the problem by learning how to lift properly and by utilizing what they learned. Thereby avoiding the cause of the problem so that it does not return in the future from that same cause and of course a smart thing to do would be to learn all of the other causes of back and leg pain and avoid all of those as well and to learn all of the other things to do to strengthen the back so that they have a decreased possibility of having problems with their back or legs in the future.

To treat the adverse health aftermaths caused by poisons as with any other adverse health aftermaths, it would be of the uppermost importance to the therapeutic process to get an understanding of the nature of the cause or causes of your contact with poisons and change it or them and find the things which are useful for your condition, then eat, drink, have and/or do as many of these as you can.

An example of this would be: if you smoked tobacco which raised your blood sugar level and poisoned and irritated your pancreas, which caused the pancreas to lower the blood sugar level too much, causing low blood sugar, also called hypoglycemia, which caused chronic nervousness, tiredness and dizziness. In this instance you would want to stop smoking, which would eliminate the very most underlying cause of the problem, then use what is needed to rejuvenate the pancreas and the lungs from the damage that was done and use what is needed to detoxify the pancreas and the lungs from the excess poisons from the smoking, thereby eliminating the nervousness, dizziness and tiredness. Of course it would be intelligent to do to find all of the other causes of nervousness, dizziness and tiredness and avoid all of those and find all of the things that you can which make your body healthier and do as many of those as you can possibly do to strengthen your body against any possible future problems.

To treat the unsolicited health sufferings caused by viruses, as with any other unsolicited health sufferings, it would be of superlative importance to the recuperative process to find the cause or causes that made you susceptible to the virus and enabled the virus to grow and multiple in your body and remove it or them and find the things which have been identified to have helped many people to moderate the effects of viruses, then eat, drink, have and/or do as many of these as you can.

For example: if you thought that you were not eating junk food, however you were not reading the labels on the things that you were eating and, in fact, a large amount of the things you were eating did contain junk food, which caused your intestines to malfunction, which caused the food to stay in your intestines for too long a period of time and spoil, which caused a production of toxic fluids, which backed up your lymphatic system, which caused excess toxic fluid to ooze through the mucus membranes of your sinuses, then you were exposed to the flu, which grew on this toxic fluid coming out of your sinuses and multiplied, which then released more toxins, which caused you to have body aches, headaches, nausea, vomiting, extreme tiredness and irritability. In this particular situation you would want to get at the very most underlying cause of the problem and read the labels on everything that you eat and avoid anything which has junk food in it. You would also want to have the things that have been identified to rejuvenate your intestines from the damage that was done by the junk food, the things necessary to rejuvenate the lymphatic system from the damage that was done by being overloaded with toxins, the things necessary to rejuvenate your sinuses from the damage that was done by the poisons oozing through the membranes of the sinuses and the things necessary to rejuvenate your body from the damage that was done by the toxins that were produced by the flu virus. You would also want to find every possible thing which is unhealthful which makes you more susceptible to viruses and avoid as many of these as possible and find all of the things which are good for your health, which make you less susceptible to viruses and do as many of these as possible.

To remedy late menstruation, it would be of matchless importance to the recuperative process to find the cause or causes of the late menstruation and take away it or them and find the things which have been mentioned to have helped many people decrease late menstruation, then eat, drink, have and/or do as many of these as you can.

An example: If you ate too much junk food, which poisoned and undernourished your intestines causing them to malfunction causing the food to back up in the intestines and spoil, causing an excess of toxicity in the body, backing up the lymphatic system. The junk food also poisoned the organs, which clean the poisons out of the body, causing them to malfunction, causing a backup of more excess poisons in the lymphatic system and the junk food also directly poisoned the lymphatic system, and all this poison backed up in the lymphatic system caused the ovaries and uterus to malfunction causing late menstruation. In this particular example you have to find out what the underlying cause of your problem is, which is the junk food, eliminate the junk food from your diet as fast as possible and have all of the necessary manipulations, physiotherapy’s, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, amino acids, American herbs, Chinese herbs, homeopathic remedies and specific foods to rejuvenate the organs of the digestive system, the organs which clean the poisons out of the lymph system, the ovaries, the uterus and the lymph system, each on a separate basis according to their individual needs, you also have to do the above rejuvenating steps for any other organs that were poisoned and damaged by this chain reaction, so that all of your symptoms could disappear. Then you would want to stay on a detoxifying, rejuvenating program, so that you have an excellent chance that the symptoms stay gone.

MENSTRUATION PROBLEMS

This newsletter was written by Dr. Gerald Krause D.C., who is currently and has been a Holistic Doctor of Chiropractic since 1979 and is the director of Krause Holistic Spa and Alta Massage College, serving Southern California, especially the South Bay and Los Angeles Harbor areas: Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Lawndale, Gardenia, Hawthorne, El Segundo, San Pedro, Wilmington, Lomita, Harbor City, Carson and Long Beach.

Menstruation is a normal bodily function, therefore, you should have no symptoms before, during or after menstruation. If you do, something is going wrong. You need to find out what is causing that symptom or those symptoms, stop it, do everything it takes to rejuvenate your body from the damage that was done and do everything it takes to detoxify your body, in a vast majority of the cases this will greatly decrease or completing eliminate all of the symptoms before, during and after menstruation.

In the years I have been in holistic health care practice since 1979, I have treated hundreds of women with severe symptoms before, during and/or after menstruation, who stopped doing the damaging things and did the rejuvenating and detoxifying things and completely eliminated their symptoms.

Millions of women do not have any symptoms of menstruation, if they don’t have any symptoms of menstruation, it means you don’t have to have any symptoms of menstruation either.

Menstruation is a natural cleansing period. The lining of the uterus sloughs off and is eliminated through the characteristic bleeding, which should not be excessive, other toxins are cleaned out through the body by the lymphatic system, liver, spleen, kidneys and other cleansing organs. If you system is functioning properly your body can easily eliminate this extra toxicity. However, if your system is so backed up full of toxins or so malfunctioning that it can’t handle the excess toxicity, because you have been exposed to damaging and poisoning things for a long period of time and you have not been doing enough rejuvenating and detoxifying things, then you will have one or more of a wide variety of aches, pains, conditions or syndromes, depending on where your individual weak spots are at the time of menstruation, it can make almost any other symptom you are having at the time become worse.

Some of the most common symptoms include: cramps, abdominal pain, mood swings, depression, bloating, tenderness, water retention, skin problems, headaches, back aches, neck aches, insomnia, tiredness, nervousness, joint aches and pains, dizziness, personality changes, anger, suicidal thoughts, cravings, fainting, irritability, lethargy, feelings of aggression, difficulty breathing, restlessness and reappearance of herpes.

Some of the most common causes of menstruation problems include: hormone imbalances, hypoglycemia, food allergies, junk foods, mental and/or emotional stress, pinched nerves, mal-combined foods, trauma, clogged arteries, vitamin, mineral, nutrient and/or amino acid deficiencies, poisons, lack of exercise, lack of rest and/or sleep, chemicals, dehydration, virus, bacteria, funguses, parasites, incorrect posture, food poisoning, negative thoughts, eating overcooked foods, eating rancid oils, eating processed foods and eating too much fatty foods.

I have also noticed with menstruation problems as with any other health problem, that people will recover directly proportional to how well they can stop what they are doing that is causing the problem and how well they can do what it takes to eliminate the problem. If they cannot or will not stop what is causing the problem, and they cannot or will not do what it takes to eliminate the problems, they will not get better. If they stop what is causing the problems a little, and do what it takes to eliminate the problems a little, they will get a little better. If they stop what is causing the problems a medium amount and do what it takes to make the problems better a medium amount, they will get better a medium amount. If they stop what is causing the problems to a large degree, and do what it takes to eliminate the problems to a large degree, they will eliminate the problems to a large degree or the problems may completely disappear.

The things stated next have helped many people to lighten menstruation problems.
